Richard rose through the ranks of the camera department in the nineties
to become one of the top young cameramen in America. He worked
alongside some of the best in the business on such notable films as
Kids, Cop Land, Julien Donkey-Boy, and
Requiem for a Dream. He then became a cameraman in the mid nineties
and has already received one Independent Spirit Award nomination for his
work on Interview with the Assassin.
Richard's great eye and tremendous feel for the camera can be credited
for giving the film a fresh look that has a tremendous vitality.
